Refund and Cancellation

At Ipanema Beauty & Spa, we value your time and ours. This policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellations & Reschedules

​

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

  • Exceptions may apply in cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion.

2. No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also be subject to the 50% service fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges in the future.

3. Refunds

​

  • Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven error or unsatisfactory service, and are granted solely at the discretion of Ipanema Beauty & Spa.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

  • Refunds are only considered in cases of proven error or unsatisfactory service, at our sole discretion.

4. Right to Refuse Refunds

​

  • We reserve the right to decline partial or full refunds if the request falls outside of this policy.
