Cancellation Policy

Anyone needing to cancel or reschedule must do so at least 2 full days prior to the day of the scheduled appointment. Cancelled or scheduled appointments within that 48 hour time period will incur a fee of 50% of the entire service. Those who do not show up to their appointment with no given notice will be responsible for 100% of their booked service. All cancellation fees must be paid prior to rebooking.
